GlobePDF (https://globepdf.com) provides PDF, image, and document tools that run in your web browser. We built the service for privacy-sensitive workflows such as bank statements, tax documents, contracts, IDs, and similar files. This policy explains what information we collect, what we do not collect, and how account-backed file history works.

Summary

• Account file history is optional. If you are signed in and process a file, the app may store the selected input files and generated output files on the backend so your dashboard can show and download them later.
• Minimal data collection. We collect only what is needed to operate the website, measure traffic when analytics is configured, and protect the service from abuse.
• We do not sell your personal information.

How file processing and history work

When a tool asks you to upload, select, drag, or drop a file, that means you are giving your own browser access to the local file so the tool can process it. If account-backed dashboard storage is enabled and you are signed in, the selected input files and generated output files are transmitted to GlobePDF servers and stored with your account history.

File data may also be held temporarily in your browser memory while a preview or conversion runs. You can clear saved dashboard file history from the dashboard when account features are enabled.

Guest/public flows may still run without account file history. Tools that save files to your account should say so clearly before or during use.

Information we may collect

Usage and analytics

We may use web analytics, including Google Analytics when a measurement ID is configured, to understand how visitors use the site. Analytics data may include pages visited, referring page, browser type, device type, approximate location such as country or region, and event timing. Analytics does not include the contents of files processed locally in your browser.

Tool usage records

The app may record that a tool was used so we can understand demand, prevent abuse, or enforce limits. For signed-in dashboard history, the associated input and output file metadata and file contents may also be stored so you can download them later.

Account features

When you create an account or subscribe to paid features, we may collect account details such as your email address, authentication data, plan status, and account-level usage information. We will use that information to provide the requested account features and support the service.

Server logs

Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log technical data such as IP address, request time, user agent, referring page, and requested URL. These logs help with security, debugging, abuse prevention, and reliability.

Server logs and analytics records are kept only as long as needed for security, troubleshooting, measurement, and business purposes, then deleted or aggregated. Account information is retained for as long as needed to provide account features, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Children

GlobePDF is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

International visitors

GlobePDF is available globally. Technical data such as logs and analytics may be processed in countries where our hosting, analytics, and service providers operate.
